The Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NDK) and the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission (NSSC) of the Republic of Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

NDK signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the  Nuclear Safety and Security Commission (NSSC) of the Republic of Korea.

NDK signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation and Exchange of Information in the Field of Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection on September 27, 2023, in Vienna, Austria, with the  Nuclear Safety and Security Commission (NSSC) of the Republic of Korea on the margins of the 67th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Exchanging information and experience on nuclear safety and radiation safety, emergency preparedness and response, radioactive waste management, and transportation of radioactive materials is aimed at cooperating with the NSSC within the scope of the signed Memorandum of Understanding.
